Singapore- based Ship management company, Thome’s new office at One Marina Boulevard, the company’s response to their vision of breaking down silos within the organization.
The reception counter was designed as an abstraction of a Nordic ship’s hull while the meandering light cove is a nod to the busy shipping lane that spans from the pacific, Indian to Atlantic Ocean. Displaying the company’s shipping heritage are displays of antique shipping artifacts and models, tastefully integrated within the office’s modern design
Synergy, Connectivity and Transparency were the key drivers in designing the office space while keeping the office theme anchored in both their shipping core business and their Nordic roots.
Within the work area, the space is anchored by a minimalist-designed café with breathtaking views of Marina Bay, while the rest of the office space is modern, agile and collaborative with biophilic elements.
